ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking Lending Officers on behalf of Swedbank for an assignment that initially lasts six months. You will be offered a solid onboarding with present team leaders whose goal is to make you self-sufficient in the role. You will become part of a large team working in an open landscape. The work is performed on-site at the office in Luleå.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Manage the processing and administration of real estate transactions and mortgage cases for individuals.
• Have a central role in communication with brokers and advisors.
• Work with well-developed processes and work instructions and contribute to continuous improvements as it is a large part of their everyday work.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed high school education, preferably in economics or law.
• Has previous experience in a service role, such as customer service/reception/administration or similar.
• Can speak fluent Swedish both verbally and in writing, as the position requires daily communication with internal and external parties.
• Has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
• Has good computer skills.
